If there is one thing that continues to baffle me with the club, is that it seems regardless of who is running the joint, we seem to see a succession of really stupid, careless mistakes that end up making us look totally unprofessional and clueless.
I've had a few of these pearlers myself the last few days, but the latest is actually working quite nicely for us here at 1Eyed Eel. If you Google Parramatta Eels or even Parra Eels, see what the top result is!
It would appear that the club has moved the URL on its main index page, and not updated their site map and so consequently Google is getting a 404 error and they're quickly sliding down the Google rankings.
As such, 1Eyed Eel is now according to Google the number one Parramatta Eels website at least until someone over there wakes up to it.
And now I have the screenshot to prove it. Mahwawawa.

i saw that too, when i was trying to access the parra website
this site is better than parraeels.com.au anyway.
And ????????????
As it should be Phil.
You are entitled to this
:-) As nice it is, I'll be happy to hand the top spot back to the official site. It's important for the club's future profitability that they build the thing up and then learn how to commercialise it. Digital revenues will eventually be what drive football clubs into profitability so this kind of amateur-hour stuff just saddens me, really.
Maybe you should put a link to the parra eels website on your front page!! We don't want any more disgruntled membership blogs round here!
www.parraeels.com.au
Then get up orf yur Fat Blessed Assurance (Big rZZZZZZZ) and get over there
Slap a contract in front of them and get them moving.
You really don't seem to be doing a great deal these days except hang around websites. LOL
number 1 baby, so it should be, order has been restored
