Champion Eels Squad. It is only when looking back 30 years ago, that you realise how big and fast most of these boys were . Years ahead of their time!
He's our greatest player ever.
Mick Moseley's best ever game ... !
Pre mobile phones and you tube ... half that team would go out after the mandatory drinks at the Leagues Club to the other superb venues Parramatta had to offer at the time, such as Westfield Tavern , War and Peace ... Parramatta Bowlers, Silverwater Speedboat Club etc and mingle with the dribblers myself included ... with a smile on their face and no sense of arrogance at all !
Agree with your Moseley comment .
I reckon there was no arrogance because most if not all bar Sterlo had jobs ! Lived in the real world with normal life commitments as Rob Rowland Smith eluded too in his speech .
These kids today have no idea ....
