10 years without Heath Ledger

How good was he as the joker. I must have watched that movie 10 times just to watch the greatest ever portrail of a villain ever.

He was just starting to get good.

Sorely missed in the movie world for us and personally for his little girl.

  • Yep, very sad! Just shows that fame, fortune and show biz  are not always good medicine.

  • There aren’t too many good Aussie actors that have  gone to the U.S and it’s been a success either on screen or off screen.  They’ve either turned into complete wankers , vanished , or gone off the rails .

Once had a beer with David Field at The Beaches Thirroul and he told me if you go over there be prepared to lose your soul .  I just finished watching David in Two Hands and bejesus he’s a good actor .

    • Yeah mate he’s pretty good, check out The nothing men if you’ve never seen it.

    • Ghosts of the civil dead.I've been a David Field fan since then.one of the best prison films and Aussie films.
  • One of the best ever portrayals of any character (joker) so sad to see him go just as he was peaking and still young
  • Who would think you top jack great movie and that’s coming from a marvel fan
  • Will suss it out . Cheers
