  • Not a bad team, hopefully manly don't put a cricket score on us. It would be nice if we put an end to their finals footy.
  • Decent team. I think the boys will turn up this week and I think we are capable of upsetting the Silvertails at home. Thank God the Crab's not playing though....

P.S. Can you believe we are $8.50 to beat Manly? That is what you call ridiculous odds...

    • So why did brad arthur resign him if we have 15 injuries and he still doesn't make the team - it's ridiculous
  • The loss of Peats is significant. IDG will do ok, and if it had been possible, Nelson would have been a good inclusion on the bench. Our injury toll has reached ridiculous proportions. Don't expect Manly to take us on in the forwards. They'll aim to do the damage out wide.
    • Sixties do you think that nelson will be included in top 25 next year?
    • Peats is a MASSIVE loss.

Our saving grace in the Manly side is if Taufua gets suspended for a game for his shoulder charge in the Raiders game.

He's been named, but he will front the judiciary on Wednesday night .... be interesting if the judiciary maintains it's stance on "being tough" on the shoulder charge.

Manly WILL aim up out wide, especially Judas Lyon , Matai and Hiku.

In the middle, we have more firepower and size and could easily out muscle and win a wrestle, which is where, I believe the game plan from BA will be.

      This is Manly's pack -

      8. Jake Trbojevic

      9. Matt Ballin

      10. Josh Starling

      11. Feleti Mateo

      12. Justin Horo

      13. Blake Leary

      Interchange

      14. Jesse Sene-Lefao

      15. Michael Chee-Kam

      16. James Hasson

      17. Ligi Sao

now match that up against our pack -

      8.  Junior Paulo
      9.  Isaac De Gois
      10.  Tim Mannah (c)
      11.  Manu Ma’u
      12.  Tepai Moeroa
      13.  David Gower

      Interchange:
      14.  Pauli Pauli
      15.  Darcy Lussick
      16.  Peni Terepo
      17.  Daniel Alvaro

THE ONLY forward in that lot who doesn't intimidate is polar bear Alvaro.

Our pack CAN dominate Manly and should.

IF our pack can get on top, we could have quite the upset win and finish Manly's season in one go.

    • It's their backine you need to worry about any trobovic is a great replacement for taufua
  • I'm glad to see Alvaro on the bench. He should make a good effort.

  • Not a bad lineup considering. Nelson should have gotten another go.

    • Yeh why didn't Nelson get a go?? He couldn't have done much more on his debut, BA mustn't be allowed to use him
