Now the impact of the 2016 salary cap fine, which was in excess of $1m will deeply affect how this plays out. Do we even have the funds for any of these premiership winning coaches? We couldn't meet Brian Smiths asking price for football manager. He's now at the Warriors. Me thinks not. So what does this mean? It means the next in line within the club is brought up. The reserve grade coach steps up to the helm.....yes people....Wenty's coach Nathan Cayless is given the 1st grade coaching position. I hope this is not the case but very probable. Does this put us in a better position? Ponder on that for a moment. I don't know what the answer is but we're not in a good place.

Unfortunately Bernie is a fekking nit wit, he couldnt attract blow flies if he was covered in shit and could not pick a replacement anyway.
Even if Bernie picked a decent coach who would come here after speaking to Bernie? hes a massive dribbler.
And as far as Cayless taking over the top job LOL, You have to be joking, the bloke couldnt coach a shit out of a well fed dogs ass on a grassy patch.
If Cayless was coaching in Africa they would have necklaced him weeks ago, the blokes a disgrace as a coach, he would turn 1st grade into the biggest disgrace in history.
