  heard the same rumour, he's still under contract however the chooks have apparently ran into some cap issues and need to off load some players..a half is still a priority and we're still negotiating with Orford however since Jono Wright decided to take up an offer at the dogs we're now short of an experanced outside back or 2.

  True we do need a 1/2 but we could still use a finisher. We have the spare cash so I would take graham if we could as well as chase Orford for a year then chase and sign a playmaker 1/2 for 2012

  Not a bad winger at all, and he could very well challenge for one of the wing spots.

  I guess a lot of these signings would be more about depth and challenging for the starting spots, not to mention the fact that they woudln't command big money.
  
  I do agree however that a half is the primary objective in this case.
  Unless they choose to go with Humble/Murray though.

  Luke burt is our only winger who needs to be at wenty next year. He's way to small for a modern day winger.

  ofcourse we need a half, there is no arguement there but the issue we have is that there is not one out there currently off contract and as it is we're shovalling shit up hill to convince Bradford to release Orford, but we also need to cover other positions that become available and we definitely need another outside back or 2.

  Luke Burt might be a smaller winger, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't deserve his spot.
  He's been a consistent player over the years, and I think he should be one of the wingers selected.
