I wouldn't be surprised if we anounce Mateo as well tomorrow. Just a guess, no inside information but from the article in the rouse hill times from his responses indicated that he may be close as well.
If you remember Morts said he wanted to anounce before the season also. If a player says that it means they are well down the negotiation path. I wouldn't be surprised if Mateo was giving a hint - 2 year deal maybe? I hope anyway.
