Abit of a thought that’s been on my mind. Take what you guys want from it.. During the pre-season we were told that Hoffman, Smith and Fergo designed the indigenous jerseys for this round and we were saying it’s a shame that only Fergo will end up wearing it come round 11.
All of a sudden, Salmon gets dropped last week (which was a little suss for me) and we hear about an injury to M.Jennings. As a result, smith and Hoffman make their way in and carry themselves into this week’s lineup to wear those jerseys they created. Seems too convenient for me. Wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see these 2 in the line up next week.
Anyway, parra by 40.

If it did happen it explains why the team hasn't won a comp for 33 years.

Having said that, I would venture to say that I agree with your assessment of Salmon, his potential and where he's at right now. I don't know if you ever played the game but if you had as an adult you would have seen things about Jaemens game against the Storm that show he is a fair way off being mature enough to play consistantly at 5/8. Unfortunately he was thrown into the spot whn we lost Dylan Brown instead of being nurtured along in Reggies at centre where he can pick when to make the xtra effort in attack and/or defence. IMO Jaemen needs another season preferably playing against men in Reggies with the occassional gallop in the 0nes when the opportunity arises. He is a tough young kid, but he aint no Dylan Brown either!
Jennings is injured, Takka and Salmon are playing like Park footballers. Yes, coincidence.
