The Capitol incident was a protest not an insuurrection. A group of people with flags cannot break into one of the most secure buildings on the planet. It is laughable to suggest otherwise. It's hypocritical.

Hey mate , yup been back in and they reattached it. Had to shorten the tendon up a fair bit though as the end of it where it'd pulled through was like a bit of frayed rope. Not much movement in it mate until I start physio in a few weeks. Over the sling that's for sure. How's yours traveling bud ?

I am 5 weeks in and supposed to use the sling one more week, but I'm sick of it so only use it if I go for a long walk with the Mrs and the dog. Got sick of needing the Mrs to drive me places so, I took off the sling and drive myself to Dr etc. Im about to start physio, been doing a bit of my own but need to get the physio onto it.
Yeah trying not to take them after so many weeks , yesterday I made it until 6pm and the pain was getting a bit much. Today just Panadol. It's catch 22, do I want gut pains from not shitting or arm pain from not getting on the gear lol. I've actually been smoking a bitta pot for the first time since my 20s. I've found that's the best meds of all. I'm not working or driving so why not.
Even though last time they did 6 procedures including shaving the top of my shoulder bone down, this rounds been more painfull.
I really just am looking forward to a good violent wank tbh.
