We Don’t Lose Games in Moments. We Lose Them in Minutes.

It's all about cohesion, chaos and death zones. Our defence sits dead last at round five. Our middle concedes the most tries of any team. 40 percent of our tries are leaked there.  Why? Ah, yes. Our rituals say Mark O’Neill is the reason. No, the front office. Or Ryles. Gulp. Peter V’landys’ need for speed isn’t helping much. He's got refs handing out restarts like smarties laced with some good stuff. The Millennium Falcon in hyper-warp speed. Brake lines cut. And no-one is wearing…

Congratulations Michael Ennis!

It'd be poor form if we didn't show appreciation for those who have represented the Mighty Eels in some capacity. Former Eels specialist Hooking coach Michael Ennis was instrumental in helping the likes of Josh Hodgeson & Brendan Hands reach the upper echelons of the art of Hooking. We've certainly missed his knowledge and experience since he left, that said we must congratulate the great man on his latest achievement of 5 straight with the Dragons!

Hail the Visconti

Flegg beat the Tigers today 30-4. Partly due to a magnificent display from starting prop Zack Visconti which earned him Man of the Match. What a performance he gave. He started with a bandaged right thigh and limped at times, but you would have sworn John Fearnly was on the park. Zack looks like Johnny and plays with the same toughness and endurance and scored a try under the posts in the 2nd stanza. He got a break finally 10 minutes from time...and within 3minutes he was back on the park. We…

Poppa's Dilemma, Welcome to my Corner, come in and have a Cuppa with a Silly Old Bastard. I think it's New Year Shortly?

Well we have been having a few dilemma's around here lately and I am getting confused, from what I can tell we have a lot of problems telling our left from our right. We don't have this problem at home because my wife is always right and I am constantly being left out. They tell me I am getting old and stupid! A man named David call him Poppa, because thats who everyone knows him as maybe suffering from some cognitive issues, he  invited two of his friends over—both of whom were also battling…
