Parramatta Eels Blue Lightning Wallpaper

I grabbed a red lightning background and turned it to blue then I added the Parramatta Eels logo. I also did some editing and retexture the whole thing.All the credits go to ~C-Saur for the background at the prom on 8/7/2010.
