I really want this to be a home jersey in near future and sell the same design to fans with gold side panels as players have. I like its a modern twist on the 86 jersey.
Jamesy - don't compare the match worn jersey's to what you buy in Rebel Sport. They are VERY different. The player jersey's are different material, different cut/ fit and everything is printed onto the jersey. The fan jersey's have the Eels and NRL logo stuck on as patches.
players jerseys are different, different cut different fabric, yellow side panels would have more stretch for a better fit, adding the print to those panels would have made the garment cost too high.

looks as though the gold side panels were sewn over the top.
