    The EELS give it character jamesy.

    Seeing that you are "crazy" enough to keep going, may I suggest you try the same with the "jagged" font banners?

    Yellow font "jagged" (whatever that font is) with eels either side.
    just a thought.

    the bottom needs to be darker for all the links. eg home page, blogs.

    Can I be like a shiela and change my mind jamesy.
    Yellow font with blue border actually does look better.
    My daughter had NO hesitation voting for it as well.

    My opinion - stay away from standard (Ariel- TNR) type fonts.

    Who would want to be a designer?
