added lighting effect to haynes hand and made picture more grainy to made it blend better.and changed text effect slightly.

    the picture currently is being used is clearer, I deliberately went for a grainy look for this version. it gives the pic a smoother feel.Also click on the link to see it fullsize. its never as clear when its the smaller display version
