We can't keep him on the couch for more than 1 season, it won't fly.
Sooo, we scrub him out for next year, then offer him to the Bears. Instead of a player swap, they agree not to target Eels players.
Failing that, we absolutely should stand firm...and when this gets shoved up oue arse, we should double down. Our narrative is solid and popular. We don't have to go along quietly
