RB- Having a good mentor around is gold. Junior can take that role, especially with the young Polynesian contingent coming through. They can relate, and Junior understands their culture. There have already in the past been tragedies where young Polynesians have not been able to handle the pressure because of pressure from the intensity of football and allied family pressure. There was a recent (several years ago) case of a young Tigers forward taking his own life because of this, and also, there were elements in the demise of Josh Schuster as a player because of these conflicts.
