I re-watched the game and the refs were a little one-eyed, they missed Kata's 1.5 meter forward pass on the 2nd tackle in which warriors scored off 2 tackles later in 9th minute. They didn't miss Taka's "flat" ball to Robinson and then they went on missed Vatuvai's 2 meter forward pass.
We received a couple of harsh ruck penalties, the fact is the warriors were way better the us at clearing the ruck. Mannah and Joseph Paulo are the prime offenders for go to sleep on top of the ruck, really poor discipline IMO.
Hey not too sure if anyone has blogged about this, I had just turned on the TV when the Eels were down 16 - 0, when Manu scored his try. The first thing that I pointed out to the Mrs was the fact that the ref had us back 15m from the play the ball, I cant comment on what happened before this point (if it was fair play both ways) but I was fuming
