  • How good is Bennett's Rabbitohs. The supercoach looking at the spoon.

    • Who would have thought.

    • Every team gets a few years where injuries just completely obliterate them. That's Souths this year. Their squad isn't amazing but it's also not a wooden spoon squad if they avoid a horror run of injuries.

Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're not.

Bennett lucked out with them this year.

      • Bennet will be pretty happy next year, he will have  Wiz to help him out.

      • True in general. However, what about the Dolphins? Massive list of injured and unavailable players at the moment and still rolling. Depending on who may still become available for the remainder of season, could be a dark horse.

  • Brad Arthur's fukked us.

    • We'd be going better if we had kept him.

      • How so? With all his 'superstars' we were playing for the spoon.

        • No, we made the finals four years straight.

          • And the the game evolved, BAs squad aged, and he never changed his tactics or mindset nor did he refresh an ageing roster.

BAs formula was great at a point in time (leading up to our GF) but he refused to evolve it, and now we're in a rebuild cleaning up that mess. Moving BA on was 100% the right thing to do.

"Choosing between Samrani and Doorey just shows how we need more able players in our forwards. Sad to say, these two players are currently not FG quality. "
