As the title says, we must go hard for David Fifita and throw everything at him and make him our number 1 priority. He is going to be one of the games best forwards and we need him. At 19 he is already destroying opposition teams, she he learns the game more he is only going to get better. A player we can build a team around.
Jessie Ramien would be awesome to replace Jennings as well. Jennings can't be resigned because he offers nothing now.

Parry is on development contract, is 20 now, 2 years younger than Ramien, how extra to get Ramien over Parry who will likely have a year left for 2020, how do we know he is not potentially better than Ramien without giving him the chances.
What gets me is that on one hand fans are wanting to blood some of the young players yet also wanting to get rid of some the older ones but rather than replace them with the young players from within our system are wanting to sign players of near the same age and sometimes younger as soon as they score a couple of tries or look good in some games.
Fifita, is a must, and agree re Parry. Not sure what Blakes best position is 3 or 4 but if MJ does go Blake could go there and Parry to play inside Fergo, with a full year under his belt on the wing Sivo will be better next year, thing is how good is Blake with the ball for support players, that I believe was/is MJ's biggest issue, although his speed and defence has slipped this year as well, moreso speed, his defence generally is ok but again not as good as it has been.
How do you expect the eels to sign him ? The eels thanks to management are the only club in the game who don't use TPAs , and to be fair it's a bit hard when the management of the club struggle to attract the right People to the club and who can help like the club use to. How can you not at attract the right people to your club whem you are in the 2nd largest CBD in NSW ???

Fong I don't think we have a hope in hell of getting him to be honest. I can dream though, he is the kind of player we should be doing anything to sign up though.
Look after the cents and the cents look after the dollars. In the same way, the Eels are looking after the foundations of the community owned organisation and once all this restructuring is in place, a new home ground, a new center of excellence, an upgraded leagus club with a great admin team behind the footy club and the leagues club and an increase in victories, and better players will want to come and play for us and the TPA's will start rolling in, sooner rather then later.
The door has already opened and the TPA's are at our doorstep, at arms length from the footy club, etc, wink, wink, in readiness to prosper from sponsoring our succesful players.

Yeah having a centre of excellence is crucial when you consider all teams that have one or something similar have won nothing over the years verses all the teams that don't who have won premierships
Is he worth $1m a season to the Eels? , that's what the warriors are willing to pay.
No way CP , if the eels signed Fafita for $1m would he help the eels win the premiership next year or anytime soon ? No because the eels need a lot more than him to win a comp as they are lacking in to many areas to win a comp .
Will he make the eels a better team ? 100% but you don't pay a kid $1m for that . Perfect example of this is the chooks and Cronk , the chooks paid him $1m because they knew he was the only missing link between them winning and not winning a comp the next year so he was worth every cent to them .
To clubs who are still far off from wInning a comp Cronk would be a waste of money at $1m as they stil won't win a comp. Certain players are worth more or less to certain clubs based on how close they are of having a team that can win a comp.
Agreed, Parra are at least a few pieces away. Happy with our backline, forwards need some more pieces and fK Moses needs to improve his passing and game management.
