Everyone has a view of who the next coach should be.

With respect to some of the commentary the reality is many of the commentaters who have posted could not coach a choko vine up a chicken wire fence.

Knocking and judging BA is reactive and possibly not his fault, none of us are close enough to make that judgement.

Whereas last night showed that regardless of how good or not BA is, that the playing group have outgrown his ability to help them much further.

The look on BA's face last night was like his children had turned on him. This says to me that they need some one fresh and new to take them to another level and also for the club to revaluate the judgement of the playing roster and the individuals therein.

We actually have two opportunities, pay out BA immediately and install Mick Potter as coach.

This then opens the further opportunity is to go out there and seek available options with a view to applications being opened and announced accordingly at a point leading to that end.

Mick Potter can be one of those applicants and this will position us much better with the playing roster and the renewals that need to be made. The administration will then be in a postion to make second opinion judgements on the individual players and what they offer.

Now this sounds like BA being sacked, I would approach (the administration) him on the basis of this is our conclusion and ask him to resign with dignity and therefore give his career and everyone else an opportunity to head healthily in a different direction. Make it look like it is his idea.

If he accepts this process that he has had long enough and he wants to give the incoming coach the maximum opportunity and  it will be best for the club and all its players and long term objectives.

Our administration has surprised many on here with their astuteness and patience, don't underestimate them.

They are capable of doing this and we will all be better off. No need to write this season off, a top eight finish still looks a real opportunity and the players will realise they are playing for their professional careers.

BA has done a job under formidable duress and club turmoil, we need to let him out with dignity and not an embarrassing end.

Take the opportunity now Parra.

PS This will give the players whose contracts are maturing the best alternatives as well by making sure everyone understands what is happening.

    You obviously can......

Thank god we have someone as articulate and experienced like you on here to keep all of us that can’t coach a choko vine up a chicken wire fence in the real world aye?

    • The virtue signalling is like clockwork from this guy.

Thank got we have such a wise father figure to see us through the tough times, tell us what to think and do every day, with such a quality record of zero percent when it comes to advice, morals and values and footy smarts.

We are lucky to have a dad like that who can even predict what the 'best result for everybody is' its astounding stuff, the delusions are grand..

      • As usual Snake you let your poison influence the comment, your hipocrisy is amazing since you maintain it is a fan site and everyone has the right.

You were stung like a child when you retreated into your dark spaces. Maybe that's where you should stay.

        This is..your right...

    • Any time you want to compare qualifications Heisen let me know, you would be a critic, but not a competitor at a guess.

      • Here we go - c.o.c.k measuring again?

        • Well I am not going to do that with you Heisen....your the one that claims he is 14 1/2 inches............ and I am guilty of cock measuring!  Doh!

Not a very smart comparison mate!

          • What a joke of a blog, this stinks I’m off to the pub., mods please ?

  • it’s the call that has to be made . A loss like that is inexcusable and the fallout with recriminations and confidence can be compounded two fold if you lose your next game and without a shot in the arm our season is at crossroads.

Forget the win /loss ratio. To let in 64 points is huge , it affects the players , coaching staff , admin and sponsors all looking for answers to a question that should never be asked.

The club needs direction now . After a loss like that June’s too far away. Your comment “the playing group has outgrown his ability to help them much further “ says it all.
