Due to injuries and reshuffling to the back five, Jezaiah Funa-Luta's debut was put on ice.
The Eels have reshuffled yet again following Isaiah Iongi’s season-ending injury, adding to this year’s Injury Toll From Hell. A bright spot is the expected debut of young gun Jezaiah Funa-Luta.
The Cowboys arrive in eighth and desperate to consolidate their finals position. The Bulldogs’ loss to Souths gives North Queensland the chance to move four points clear of them and almost wrap up a finals berth.

The bookies, pundits, ladder, team sheets and form guide all point to the Cowboys.
But North Queensland is a roller coaster. They can look like a swashbuckling top-four side one week then spectacularly flop like a soufflé the next.
Parramatta's task is made harder by yet another reshuffled team, making continuity almost impossible this season.
But the Eels have one thing the Cowboys cannot ignore: History.

Does TDS have some brain explosions? Yes. Did TDS think fast and correctly in running from dummy half for two tries? Yes. Did TDS cut off two 2-point field goal attempts? Yes.
At this stage in his career it's fair to take those last two yesses as balancing out the first yes.
Best part about TDS's game IMO and I touched on this really early in the season is his ball distribution.He's passing off the deck both sides now he wasn't doing that early in the season,,he's not taking that extra step winding up throwing those long passes to get our first reciever early ball now.
All he needs is experience and the consistency will come.
Dead right about the kick pressure late that was crucial but again you'd like to see more of it earlier in the piece.

Junior is just playing his way back after an injury.
We just can't expect him to keep carrying the load is all.
