  • Well done to the Foxx, totally deserves it. The national team should also promote Indigenous players.

    • Why? Shouldn't they just pick the best players regardless of ethnicity?

      • Of course, but don't you think it sends a more positive message (particularly to young indigenous kids).

The very-white South African rugby team introduced a quota for black players. They've won two World Cups since.

Not everyone's parents can afford to send their kids to Kings at North Parramatta!

        • It's great when players make the Test squad regardless of their ethnicity. Equality of opportunity.

            • Well yes it does. Regardless of Daddy's wealth, to be an F1 driver you needed to have huge financial backing from a very young age, starting at go-karts. All those years of training, makes them the world's best race car drivers.

              • There are plenty advantages that disadvantaged indigenous kids have over disadvantaged kids from other nationalities......this is not a black and white nation, don't promote it to being one!

                • I see RL and AFL as egalitarian, not like RU and cricket, but...

There are plenty advantages that disadvantaged indigenous kids have over disadvantaged kids from other nationalities....This is one of the stupidest thing to ever emanate forth from your drool covered keyboard and it should embarass you.

and don't try to explain your twisted up logic to me, I'm not the one who doesn't understand

                  • Randy Handlinger

I thought it was easy to understand, then again I haven't had my morning BONG to clear my head......speaking of heads, I don't have a "drool covered keyboard" and I am not embarrased.....where does that leave you Randolph?...... I know your usual spot.... up shit creek without a paddle!

                    • Settle down old Plop — you sound like a bloke arguing with the telly again. Go have another bong and calm your farm

              • Lance Stroll is not one of the best drivers in the world. He is the son of the billionaire owner of the team he drives for.

"Agree, they could have had Lomax and Xerri next year. I'd argue that Xerri is an upgrade on Howarth as a pure centre in the modern game, he's faster and has a higher ceiling. The irony is that Howarth is still a massive upgrade for us. But I'd rather…"
