I haven,t ate a nugget for years Poppa after seeing this..As a kid my mum used to kill and process her chooks from time to time.I can remember one day when my mum picked up a friendly trusting chook and cut it,s head off. The chook got away from her in the process and was running around with it,s head cut off. One of the most distressing things I saw in my life..Next time you eat a chicken I hope you remember this.

I've always put seaweed in my milk meals (glass, cereal, protein shakes) prior to drinking it for this reason. Surprised more people don't.
I think that is great PS. We used to put dried seaweed in our salads which added a lot of interest to the salad.
