Game Day Blog - Roosters vs Eels

A very interesting game for all eels fans tonight against some of the expert's competition favourites for 2023, the Rorters.

With a salary cap only just big enough to fit brissyeel's head, the Roosters will be very formidable opponents and currently sit in 5th position. The Eels sit in 15th. Obviously the Rorters are favourites, or are they?

Coming off an incredible win in the game of the season so far and the GF rematch, beating the current premiers and having all the ascendency, the Eels should be up for this and be extremely competitive for a team sitting 15th. Will they though!? Rusted on Eels supporters know only too well that any type of performance is possible tonight.

Second phase play will be imperative for the Eels and without our offloading bookend in Paulo, the rest of the team need to lift and cover some of the slack in not having big Junz on the park.

The Eels haven't beaten the Roosters away for 15 years. Now THAT is a stat!😳

So, who wins and by what margin?

MOM?

    Paulo is a massive loss and having Atkins as the on field ref only compounds our problems.
