It's a return to BankWest this afternoon for the Eels where we'll see the boys up against the Wests Tigers. I've travelled from the north coast to get to this game and it will be my first time at Parramatta's new stadium. Can't wait to finally see it first hand.
The Tigers are always a tricky opponent and I expect nothing less today. Mbye is out. Tommy Talau has scored 8 tries in 8 games at BankWest and will be a threat today. They've also won 4 from their last 6, the past two and sit just outside the 8, a position they so often find themselves in. It's hard to believe that such a joke of a team from the early rounds is now pushing for the 8.
The Eels have Junior back and Mahoney out. Reed will be sorely missed and Ferguson finds himself in reggies for another week while Dunster gets another chance on the wing.
In the excitement stakes, this game should rank right up their and be quite exciting indeed. Atkins is ref and as we all know can be a cacky cock eyed carnt. We have a very poor record under Atkins.
The Moses vs Brooks show should be great to watch with Brooks playing some great footy in recent weeks. Moses is aided by having Brown back in the halves with him and he had a great game against the Knights last week.
I am looking forward to seeing this game and live!

This is a dangerous game for us, we struggle to contain adventurous attacking sides. A conservative Tigers will get flogged but a Tigers side with high offloads and completions will really worry us.
Like most games you'll know in the first 5 minutes how the other 75 minutes will pan out in regards to Parras energy and intent.
The Tigers are a confidence team, you beat them down early they don't recover.

It's reallly important we head into the byes without a loss it gives us plenty of options on the run home resting players and working on different combinations.
