To be honest the eels have been a total disappoitment in this tournament they have not showed us anything to get excited about, I fear what lays ahead for us in the NRL competition this year is just another one of our many years of heartace.

I remember 2003 7's we won that tournament. Steve Witt was a star so good but never made first grade for us. Eventually made it to nrl at Newcastle but didn't last long. Can't guage a season from this. Was good we used half our good players to blow the cobwebs out a bit. Would of been very hot in Perth. Not the smartest idea at this time of year over there but spose when do you play it lol
It was really hot against Penrith and Manly at the start of 2018 too
lets all hope we get a season to celebrate a premiership and forget this long agonizing painful wait.
No injuries which is the most important thing.

was not impressed by the first game and did not see thecond
but the last two I was happy with the way we played. If Guth"s shoulder is OK then we got through without injury
