Seraph replied to Adrian Bowles's discussion Brad Arthur press conference

I’ve solved BA’s problem and it's been staring at us all this time.

It's all the water he drinks! Read the below - Hallucinations and confusion! Brad to Bennett: Why Friday's clash might be the tipping point for Arthur and the Eels.

This article was prior to last night's game. But it is mentioned how the draw can spell badly for us. But said how our tactics are outdated and the roster is built for it but it doesn't work in modern day NRL. I love how he says next 6 weeks could make them move early, well surprise surprise this loss was so bad that could do it.https://www.theroar.com.au/2024/04/19/no-more-evolution-why-parras-clash-with-the-dolphins-in-darwin-might-be-a-tipping-point-for-brad-arthur/

Brad Arthur press conference

Another embarassing defeat.I thought Brad Arthur's comments in the after match press conference revealed a lot about what is going on at the Eels.Firstly he was clearly frustrated and there were indications that he was "Out of answers"The following comment was particularly telling. Arthur was talking about the players making "soft choices,"to which he then added "The players have to fix it. We can only talk about it so many times. The players have to fix it don't they."The comment clearly…

Most impressive and disappointing: Round 7 v Redcliffe

Darkness snuck into my home again, he said "Told you i will be back" but didn't think it would be that quick. That is all thanks to these bunch of wankers that are the equivalent of a Group 6 team. Actually no, i take that back as most Group 6 teams actually try. We had better completion rate, less errors and only 6 more missed tackles and we concede 9 tries. That alone shows the dressing room has been lost. First 25 we looked ok, seemed to be on top and just would be those frustrating wins…

NRL admits bunker got it wrong on roosters obstruction call

Graham Annesley has conceded a controversial obstruction call that cost Roosters star Joey Manu a fair try against the Panthers was wrong. The NRL head of football has wasted no time conceding that video referee Chris Butler failed to use the necessary level of discretion in incorrectly deeming that Panthers fullback Dylan Edwards was obstructed from defending the no-try due to a collision with Roosters decoy runner Jared Waerea-Hargreaves. The alleged obstruction from Waerea-Hargreaves on…

Nuclear Power a Balanced View

I previously wrote a blog on the subject of nuclear power.Professor Daz basically took my comments apart and justifiably so as I had nowhere near the knowledge or research capacity to lay a factual basis for the proliferation of nuclear power other than a view I privately held via an economist friend of mineI receive a lot of economic commentary and a newsletter I receive from another economist paints what I believe to be a more balanced view of the discussion. I say this because Daz pointed…

So Sunday, to celebrate the start of a new season, i am hosting my mates with a BBQ, pool table, darts and man cave while watching the Vegas matches.
