  Norman has been much better at fullback .  If he stays he’s not in the halves for me .  When he was up in the line he seemed to be less deer in the headlights .  Might have something to do with a contract in the pipline .   Norman was a different player tonight .

    The difference here was Norman was not the one calling the shots. He never has been that type of dominant play maker. At fullback he can only be second or third receiver and that's where his running game and short passing and kicking game can be best used. He shouldn't be in the halves for the rest of the season.

      That is the key point Super; Norman cannot be a playmaker for us; he drifts too much into and out of games and runs sideways too much.
