  • IMO Dragons and Knights will get the biggest improvement from the official changes so far
  • The English Superleague will have a very Australian feel to it!

It's interesting that none of our players are going to other NRL clubs. I think that is very telling of where the club is headed, especially considering that many of the Eels players could probably get better deals elsewhere. There are still a lot of depth players out there who are unsigned. Note also that there will be a number of players come up from the 20s over the next couple of years, with some likely to get a chance in the top grade next year.

  • West and the Knights have recruited very strong and ‘SHOULD’ end up closer to the 8 in 2018
  • warriors have recruited quite well but I'm predicting the team will fail to gel again this year after many changes.

knights have youngsters maturing plus some talent coming in, i predict they'll be 7-10th next season.

Parra are more or less the same, Bernie said we've got a fair bit of cap space left over, not sure if that'll mean we will be trying to get semi back or not, but regardless I'd say we'll finish somewhere similar.

    • I would say parramatta are waiting to capitalise on the cronk and maloney moves getting players cheap after being moved on
  • I told you guys all along that Faraimo was good - he has been playing for the Eels PLUS the Warriors this year according to this list.

Hull FC must be over the moon getting 2 Bureta's - and probably only paying for one.

I think the Knights have got the best of the incoming players.

    • Ha Ha
  • It is a long off season, so lets wait and see. Team cohesion is not a bad thing, and this time last season we had a few coming in, so i am happy to wait and see what occurs in the next couple of months.

  • To be honest we don't need to recruit much the only player we are really missing next year is Semi
We have good depth in our NYC at the moment..
I'd be only looking to Curtis Rona to fill for Semi, and luring and Jr Paulo back
But even if we don't do that we still have some good depth coming thru
    • Agree with Rona
Agree with Junior if he comes with the right attitude
But would also like to see Latu or Napa added

"It would be a perfect trade for us, I would be so happy with that. Savage and Lomax in the same backline would be unreal. See what happens, hopefully a phone call to staurt has already been made"
