Chief "BBS" In my opinion that is the smartest thing said on here in a long, long time. I have said often that we are in the competition for one reason and one reason alone--that is to win the competition, not to make the eight or to come fourth, that is failure.To get overjoyed and satisfied with that failure will lead to tears. As you say, last season means jack.
EelsAgeMe: Have you been a client of that other site TCT? I have never seen that site and I never shall. But I know what you write there is 100% TCT, by instintic.!! The Eels need to face up to reality and get real, and banish that fantasy. I don`t know how long it will take bur surely that is the first step to take.
How would you know what they say on TCT if you have never seen it?
Roll your sleeves up and aim up in defence.
In attack, how about trying to run through the opposition instead of passing the ball from side to side to flat-footed recipients.
