What does success look like?

One great thing about this site is the varying opinions. Some for and others against BA. Same goes with players, administration and support staff. So with such difference in opinions i am curious to know what success looks like for everyone.I appreciate that a GF win is the ultimate but what else?Is it being consistent contenders? Is it financial security? Is it becoming the biggest brandAnd in answering that, will we ever be happy?

  • for a sporting club it is winning a premiership.

for owner of a club its owns a successful brand name...……….

  • Success looks like the Melbourne Storm.

    • This.

  • The storm
    Roosters
    Souths

Teams who when they have a bad season they fix the problems and bounce back the next season or 2
    • Cronulla. Look how quickly they bounced back , They’re actually more impressive than Melbourne .  Melbourne has been spoon fed success since the day they kicked their first ball .

  • How would we know as we haven't had any since 1986.

  • Firstly Parramatta need to forever rid the factions which almost finished this club

They need training facilities that rival the Panthers.

Need a Very experienced head of football that can run everything.

Without these three components we will never be a consistent top club.
    • Agree with lack of facilities being major factor in hampering the eels.
With all the talk of Barrett unhappy as he doesn't have dedicated football manager, recruitment team and has to work out of demountables it sounds like we are on par with them.
The difference is manly have private owners unwilling to spend money, where parramatta have access to the money through leagues club but for whatever reason are still miles behind other clubsbin facilities and staff.
      • Maybe soon we will have a private owner or owners who love the club and will spend the cash!

    • Are you still here Fong your irrelevance is only increasing.
