Wondering what people's thoughts might be on making a play for Kyle Stanley? I'll certainly be interested in seeing how he goes playing in the halves for Samoa in the Four Nations.
He's off-contract and I thought that given we'll have a bit of money to play with whether a one-year deal with the opportunity to make a play for his favoured five-eighth position might be worth a risk.
I'm assuming that he'll have lost a fair amount of his speed and agility that made him look like a potential top-class fullback early in his career but given he's only 23 if he actually managed to string a series of games together and got a fair-dinkum pre-season together, it would be interesting to see what he could do as a five-eighth.
Certainly wouldn't hurt Norman to have another challenger and given he's very versatile, he could prove handy cover as well elsewhere???

I think we have enough 'cover' players now, particularly with the recent signings.
My opinion is it's time to sign big...and we will.
When he's on the park.
Can play fullback and in the halves a depth signing.
Nah we have Justin Hunt for fullback. Matto, ?, and Dockar-Clay for halves depth. Capewell would just be another Toby Evans.
Meh, no thanks. Lets chase Izzy and talk him into quitting Rara
No. Too injury prone, lazy and bog average. We have enough of those players.
For the right money, I cant see a problem.
