according to Neil Breen on 100% Footy here are some points made.
1/ Almost finished findings will be made public
2/ Arthur right guy to coach but the structure for him is all wrong this will change to suit Arthur's coaching style
3/ Arthur must give up some power on recruitment and other things.
4/ Current squad can't win a premiership
5/ Players didn't bag Arthur
6/ Hayne to stay
7/ Norman to stay no one wants him at his price
8/ Moses needs to improve
9/ Why have talented juniors played 1st grade for other clubs.
10/ Parra admit quick fixes have not worked, (Watmough Foran so on..)
Gus also said many players in side don't love the club and don't feel part of the culture,
Review should be completed in a few weeks.
So basically Arthur is coach of the decade who can't to no wrong and Bernie is the best CEO in the universe.
As as we know plenty of rumours doing the rounds about other coaches being approached to see if they have any interest in coaching us in 2020 and mabe coming earlier say 2019.
Do you really think Arthur is safe? Hmmm.

Nitram : I quiet like Gus but don`t get to see him much--I watch on pay TV--but what he says here is bull dust and cotradicts what he said at the beginning of the year when he was praising the club and the players. This "love" stuff is pathetic rubbish straight out of Mills and Boon hogwash. I have doubts about the viability of our society when "love" is considered compulsory in every aspect down to the oh so important attitude of Rugby League players to their club, sic ! If players don't care about the club, why was Michael Jennings crying in the the dressing shed after being sent off for ten minutes in the last game of the season? The players do not have to like the coach and the coach does not have to like the players, but both most have mutual respect for each other. And the players and the club must have mutual respect for each other. Dice this 'love' bull dust.
Nitram: Do you have one scape of evidence for what you postulate here? What is truly great e.g.? Is it possible to love an inanimate object? Can you love the Parramatta road e.g. or Bondi beach. There are many people who argue that there is no such thing as love. It is a pipe dream, a will of a non- existent wisp. So why should players love their club? How can they?
I don't think a single soul could love Parramatta Road. The roads in hell would be better than that shitfight...
If a survey was conducted at all clubs, I would say that most of them would have players who do not love the club nor feel part of the culture. I say that because how many players are in it for the game, that being the club that wanted them enough to want to sign them? If they have no love or good feeling for the club and the culture it means they are just after easy money, and really unlikely to perform for them.
When one looks at the overall player movement at all clubs, what are the real reasons they would go to a club? Many go to the likes of the Storm, broncs. bunnies, & chooks knowing they go to a club that are generally very stable, they have the prospect of playing in a Premiership team and have successful seasons. Thing is that those same clubs have a fairly high turn over of players that are signed primarily as back ups.
Cheify, likely right but what sort of comp?
Nick : Yes I agree. How can Arthur be safe? He has been here for five years. So the situation, such as it is,
is down to him. When I first came on this site three or four years ago I wrote a blog titled " I Have Seen The Future And It Stinks" It was about the standard of the Under 20`s team after I saw them for the first time on TV. This year we did not make the final series in any grade. The juniors have been let down by Arthur. The only reason that Arthur is safe is the debt crises in the football department some of which is down to Arthur. Well the future is here now and it still stinks.
