"We have the better team. They have the better coach.
Don't forget what Bennett did with an absolutely garbage Origin squad a few years back.
If both teams play to their potential and we're not massively out-coached, Eels by 16."

"How about he gets taught to tackle first"
"I agree.
I also think Lomax and Gutho will be on an edge together next year and Talagi will be Fullback."

"Has to be an Eels win this one surely... half the Phins are injured! Eels by 20."

MORE DEPTH :D I think Faurimo would start as one of our wingers but then we have: Sio, Hunt, Radradra, Toutai as other potential wingers, we'd need to cut two and I don't think we should cut Semi or Vai yet both are still very young (Vai was still eligible for NYC this year) and both have the size, speed, size and attacking attitudes to be good wingers just need to work on their hit and stick.
I was pleasantly surprised how good he went against the all star aussie team
I think he's worth taking a punt on
Ham any idea what happened to Moekiola? I really rated him but I don't see him in our squad this year....he was a massive winger who could play in the forwards too
Looks good IMO and would be a starting winger in our squad IMO. I mean look who we had on the wing last year........
If we've already tied him up that's a good move!
Semi and Toutai need another full year in NSW cup before they progress. I think that might be the strongest winger pairing we'll have next year
I thought he was very strong, a few lapses in defence but you've got to expect that from a winger but he has a nice hit and stick and with a bit of first grade training I reckon he could read the opposition much better, plus it's always good to have an international in your backline even if it is an American.
I have no idea, I thought he would be a definite for a second-row spot next year for Wenty, obviously the club thought they had too many forwards with much more promise. I've never seen a winger be able to dominate that much in the U/20's and then in the same year move up into the forwards and demolish a few players there. His progression was a little bit like Kelepi's except Takai made the transition to forwards a little bit later, I think that speed in the forward pack could have been very useful because if there's one thing you can't teach it's speed and Tak had a lot of it.
yeah he really seemed like a future first grader to me, was very surprised he doesn't seem to be in parra's plans this year
i can only assume he got a better offer at another club...but I have no evidence for that, I hope a club picks him up because he has the talent to make first grade
I saw enough from Semi to leave him in first grade
his defense lets him down but he's improving at a rapid rate and his attack is already first grade ready
my other winger would be Ken Sio...he's got the job done enough times and is reliable enough to leave in first grade for me, good finisher
Hunt is injured and is a capable backup to have, Toutai lacks finishing ability and sucks in defense....
