Last week in the important Jonathan Thurstons last match at home, the referees got carried away with the occasion. Cowboys were always going to win comfortably but the refs over refereed us and made sure we we not going to get back in the match.

This week one of the NRLs darlings with all their high profile influential people associated with the  club need to win by 27 points to claim top spot.

How many 1st half penalties to the Rorters and what will the half time score alone be.

I don't mind genuine penalties against us but they seem to invent penalties against us but not to opposition teams.

Hope 2019 is different once we get back to Parra.

  • As long as we stay on our feet after the ball is played then we should be fine.
  • They could give us 238 penalties and we’d still lose 13+.

We will have no idea how to crack an organised defence. Only player in our side capable of threatening that type of defence is Hayne and BA sure as hell won’t have a good plan to get through them even though Brisbane provided a blue print last week.

  • Parra needs to play the game. If that means limiting the penalties we give away then so be it.
  • Last night was a good example, refs did everything they could to get Storm the advantage but Panthers continually exploited a weakness on the Storms edges and came up trumps.Good halves , good coaching? not sure but Parra couldn't exploit a weakness against 10 men.
  • We will loose the penalty count because we are ill disciplined
We will get beat on the scoreboard because we are shit
People will claim we were robbed its fixed etc. In reality we could hsve a 20point head start and all the penaltys and we would still loose by 30

    We suck
    • Ouch, the truth hurts! Yes we r ill disciplined & yes, we r shit.

Cheer up mate, BA will ensure 2019 will be successful.

A brand new Stadium to celebrate BA's second coming, a new Blue & Gold Easter dawns.

  • Do you seriously think that the roosters need the refs help to beat shitty parra.
  • We are going to get flogged any way so may as well play really dirty. Give Cronk a chicken wing gouge Napa and squeeze Tedesco ball sack unti it ruptures
  • 5/2 to roosters

    roosters 24 eel 6

final score roosters 42 eels 10
