One huge positive we can take out of yesterday's game is that after years of rubbish performances, salary cap embarrassments, in-house fighting, and generally being labelled the laughing stock of the nrl, is that we have now earned the respect of the rugby league community. From every day punters to "expert " commentators, we have been an easy target for criticism and ridicule. We can now proudly say that we are one of the best sides in the comp and anyone who doesn't agree is living in the past. They know it and we know it. Although yesterday's game was highly frustrating, i walked away thinking we can win it this year. Im sure other non Parra fans thought the same. If they can't admit that it is they who have a problem with the facts, nothing more or less. Although it will take us to win a comp for many to stop laying the boot in (Matthew Johns, Gordy Tallis etc), we can now lay claim to having a fair dinkum team with fair dinkum premiership credentials.
I reckon we could've seen a Grand Final prelude yesterday. We ain't done with yet and EVERYONE knows this although not everyone will admit it. Bring on the next game!

True that Brett. I thought the occasion may have got to us yesterday but i was pleasantly surprised.
Massive effort on ref Cams special day. Let's just hope from on it's 17 v 17
To me when I saw Bellamy blow up when Munster stretched out early in the tackle count and knock it on after 15-20 odd minutes and they had only scored 1 dubious try I think he was worried.
As soon as possession swung Melbourne looked very susceptible.
If had have started the 2nd half in the right manner I think we win this game for sure.
