Referees Ruin Origin

The referees selected for this Origin match should never be selected again. Never have I seen such incompetent and mind-blowing decisions. Firstly, the sin-binning of Michael Jennings was ridiculous. If you watch the replay Tate throws the first punch. The penalty on Greg Bird wasn't even NRL worthy let alone Origin worthy. It was a good hit and QLD scored off the back of it. QLD may look superior in the scoreboard but all 3 tries came from refereeing decisions. Their first 2 came when NSW only had 12 players. Their third one was farcical to say the least. Under the laws of the NRL a player must have control have the football or no separation between the ball and the hand when grounding it for a try to be awarded. When you watch the game at full speed, Farah is wrong footed by Inglis and simply reacts by trying to actually effect a tackle, he made no play at the ball. He was off balance and that's why his foot came in contact with the ball. When holding the ba you should have a better grip then that. The game was ruined by these 2 rookie referees and they should ve vanished to the Toyota Cup this weekend. I don't think QLD were actually the best on field and as a result of the refereeing decisions the best team lost.
