Just got an email from the club where my new membership "account manager" introduced herself to me.
Potentially a fantastic initiative is if as a member, I have a personal contact for any issues or problems I face. I guess in terms of execution it will come down to whether each account manager has the time to respond to however many members they're looking after.
Nice to see the club thinking progressively, though!

I got the email too. not saying it isn't a great initiative, but I got the same one last year too for the 2017 season. I didn't have a reason to contact him through the year, so I am unsure how responsive he is.
