Potentially great membership initiative

Just got an email from the club where my new membership "account manager" introduced herself to me.


Potentially a fantastic initiative is if as a member, I have a personal contact for any issues or problems I face. I guess in terms of execution it will come down to whether each account manager has the time to respond to however many members they're looking after.

Nice to see the club thinking progressively, though!

    I got the email too. not saying it isn't a great initiative, but I got the same one last year too for the 2017 season. I didn't have a reason to contact him through the year, so I am unsure how responsive he is.

    I've got a Tigers suppprter mate and they have he same service. He rates it and gets a lot of additional service such as tickets to Dally M etc. It's great if you can cultivate a good relationship with your personal contact because you'll get the benefits. My mate just asks for extra tickets, upgrades etc and because he has a constant dialogue with the bloke he's more than happy to accommodate.
