Poor Bevan, WTF where is our piss weak CEO???

Just watched a painful interview with poor French, fronts a pack media pack and he was grilled for nearly 10mins and all the questions were about that clown Norman.

He was baited the whole time and tried to stick up for his team mate, while they continually tried to trip him up and get him to say something negative.

Surely our CEO needed to come out today and earn his dosh??? Absolutely pathetic getting one of the young blokes out and doing the job.  More proof this club is run by absolute imposters.

I have no faith in anyone at the club atm, no leadership whatsoever and a lack of a fucking clue.

  • where did you see this

  • Oh but wait we are told to be patient by people who have hidden agendas who want to control our club we supporters don’t give a rats arse if the office is closed tomorrow but fkn start playing with passion desire and pass the fkn ball to score then you will win all people who have hidden agendas all wanted Dennis job since he left

  • @Allan,I'll tell you where Mr gurr is,he's at Costco in Auburn doing shopping no bullshit.
    • Haha not only is our clubs inspirational leader a useless puppet but hes also a tight arse to boot.

Strap yourselves in guys, we have more painful years ahead.

  • Players need to be accessible to the media. I'm sure Bevan French will be fine. It's Corey Norman who has hurt the club, not anyone else.

    • Mate he got absolutely hammered, talk about being hung out to dry.

Our gutless CEO was nowhere to be seen, surely they all knew that Bevan would get slaughtered by the grubs in the media.

      • He handled it very well. It'll be good for him. He doesn't need to be wrapped in cotton wool.

      • Bevs should count himself lucky they were asking about Normy and not how he is going to avoid going over the sideline this weekend.

Seriously any reason for a rant and some ppl have the pistols loaded.  The players are grown men who were good enough last year.  Surely not that much has changed.

  • The players have to be available to the media once per week, it's just part of the new agreement. Which means whoever was up today, tomorrow, Friday, is going to get asked about it. Yes, BG could have come out & spoke about it, but the players are going to front the media, like any other normal week. Besides, Norman has been hit with a breach & fine, what more do you want the CEO, Chairman, coach to say? They're not exactly going to tell you what beer he was drinking, when, where and who with are they? So again, what do you want them to say? "Corey's been fined for doing x, the fine is worth x amount of dollars", the end. There isn't that much to say about this. This is a very very minor incident. It's only because it's Norman that it's being discussed a lot. And the fact Parra are going poorly. If an injured Panthers player had got on the beers after Penrith's win last week, it'd barely make the news because they're going well and it's a minor issue. Do you think Gus would be fronting the media about a small such issue at training? No.
