What happened to Steve Murphy?
Anybody have any insides on Peter Gentle?
Holbrook please
This was on Twitter about 7 hours ago, so we must be having 2 assistant coaches...maybe we have 15 more to come ...one for each player.
Cheers MFL, looks like we are spending up big on assistants, cant be a bad thing i suppose.
We are saving money on the head coach Snakey my man, instead of paying 850k on a clueless plonker who cares only for himself.
I presume Gentle is defensive coach and I hope not a gentle one. Hull form sounds okay.
Peter Gentle nears Hull FC exit after Super League play-off failure
• Lee Radford tipped to replace Australian head coach
• Club owner Adam Pearson offered fans refund after Wigan loss

The Hull FC owner, Adam Pearson, is considering a restructuring of the playing side of his club which is likely to mean the removal of the head coach, Peter Gentle.
The Black and Whites were dumped out of the Super League play-offs on Thursday night courtesy of a 76-18 mauling by Huddersfield, which raised immediate questions about the Australian's future.
He said he was "100%" sure he would remain with the club, but it is understood the ambitious Pearson does not entirely share Gentle's belief that he remains the right man for the job.
Gentle's assistant and former Hull forward Lee Radford is the man Pearson has earmarked to fill any vacancy, with the former Hull City chief observed Huddersfield, Leeds and Wigan achieve success with British coaches. Pearson is keen to give his club a local identity and the 34-year-old Hull-born Radford would offer that.
Should Gentle leave Hull, it will come two years into a contracted four-year stay and follow on from the departure of his director of rugby, Shaun McRae – a role set to be filled by another former player, Motu Tony.
Gentle arrived in England from Wests Tigers in 2011, where he had served a decorated apprenticeship under Tim Sheens, and extended his three-year deal by 12 months last September.
The 47-year-old guided Hull to the Challenge Cup Final this season but their defeat to Wigan brought about one of the worst big-game performances in recent memory.
He apologised for that and did so again on Thursday, with Pearson so angry at what he saw that he offered those fans who made the journey to West Yorkshire a refund.
"The obvious failings of such a performance have highlighted why we will now undertake a significant review of all areas and matters involving the first-team squad," he said.
Hull were unavailable for comment on Saturday morning.
If you ask any Hull FC fan - well, most anyway - they were disappointed to see him released as their head coach.
They have nothing but great things to say about him, his coaching style and the easiness in which he coaching is under him.
He is a coach that players respect and listen to, so he'll serve the club well as an assistant.
Brilliant signing to our coaching staff!
Great signing imo, massive upgrade on the plonkers we had last season.
