Parramatta Eels halfback Mitchell Moses has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following the Club’s Round 12 clash against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium last night (Thursday 24 May). Moses was penalised for an incident involving Broncos Jordan Kahu in the 14thminute of the clash, attracting a Grade 1 High Tackle – Careless offence. The base penalty for the charge is a $1,500 fine, but can be reduced to $1,100 with an early guilty plea. Moses will be free to play in the Eels Round 13 clash against the Newcastle Knights at ANZ Stadium on Saturday 2 June.

Broncos forward Matthew Lodge was also charged by the Match Review Committee for the same offence for a tackle on Eels forward Peni Terepo in the 74th minute of the clash.

  • my son will blow a gasket when he sees that video for real...ha ha

    • He's already blown his gasket 10000000 times over all the filthy XXX Japanese amine he watches, then you take him to Japan to fuel his addiction........and you are worried about him hearing some naughty words at the footy, FMD.

      Priorities Amanda, priorities.

  • There were some grubby acts from us last night, including numerous high shots, Broncs were cleaner than us.

    • there's grub acts in every game. I disagree with you that Broncs were cleaner...just my opinion of course. My point though was that it sometimes seems like our team gets jumped on from a great height over things other teams get away with quite a lot....the Bronco's fans sitting next to us chastised their own players several times for grub acts so its not just myself that had the opinion..

      • Thats what happens when you dont have dominant players out there, we lack alphas so the ref unconcsiously favours the team with the more dominant captain and players, its been happening to us for years.

    • oh no...that was just some moments of fair mindedness from them ha ha when the Bbev try was disallowed...they laughed and said..that was a try but oh well we'll take the penalty suckers

the whole game anytime any time jakob and i cheered the boys we had some feral peroxide blonde 60 yr old lady screaming broncooooos right after...i had murderous visions lol

  • So True, then discount the vicious head-slam delivered on a Manly player in the 77th minute of last  weeks game by Felise Kaufusi.

    Not even a penalty!

View it and consider the penalty handed down had it been a Parra player!
