"This is one of my biggest concerns going forward. We don't seem to have anyone really coming through. Greig is a back end of season player, hits his form and fitness late in the season.

5. Beau Scott, at the time he brought a lot to the team. What was a inexperienced side and forward pack. He helped build the foundations a lot. "

"Tex Hot will get more money in the UK. Over here he is a winger or back up fullback. Over there he will get another gig at fullback. Not a bad player but journeyman. "

From what we hear they practise the offloads but gun shy about using it. Who’ll ever forget 09 and the offloading style they brought in.
Missed my calling it appears
Yes.......they wore the same numbers on their backs.
I agree with BEM. I felt our forwards hung on. But the Panthers rolled through us easily.
We scrambled hard and worked hard but our go forward is our single biggest problem this year (I sound like a broken record). Our only option is 2nd phase play to give our backs a shot at a broken and retreating defensive line. We simply don’t have the players to bend the line.
Our best metre eater is Mannah and he plays about half the game and can’t offload. Brown is our best all round forward who does have an offload in him. The rest make up the numbers.
I’d swap every single forward we have for the Panthers entire pack. Actually every other NRL side. Our pack is awful.
