Well guys, as we tick across to February and we have our first official outing every day, this is a post to say that "orf season" is officially over. As most of you would know, we relax the rules somewhat during the off-season, because the site is mostly frequented by the regulars and I recognize you all need something to talk about when there is no footy on.
So that means we return our focus to Rugby League. Please try and keep most blogs posted in relation to the Eels.
Which is not to say that we prohibit non-football blogs. However, what is very clear in the code of conduct is that blogs shouldn't be divisive. That means laying off discussions related to religion and other topics that always end up offending somebody or other.
Parramatta has the opportunity for a fresh start this year and a new beginning, and it would be nice if for once our supporter base gets behind that and we're united in our passion for the club, rather than divided along political lines and the like, as had been the case in the past.
On that note, the level of tetchiness on the site has gone up someone in the last couple of weeks, and I'm asking for those of you involved to cut it out, and stop continually niggling each other. You know who you are, and I've given enough warnings in the past.
Here's to what it is hopefully a hugely successful and positive 2017 season/
