I thought it was at first, but on replay you could definitely see it wasn't just forward it was at least 5m, I could probably handle a touch forward, but 5metres, thats bullshit.
I believes Hayne was fairly flat, and a 50/50 call, but nowhere near Dugan's
At least the refs were consistent
The rule is that it has to be thrown forward from the hands. If it floats forward due to the momentum of the player or wind it is not classed as forward. I couldn't tell if he intentionally threw it forward or not. Non the less Moimoi should of tackled Duggan before it got to that
Agreed, that one call is not what cost us the game, but it just god damn frustrating. Probably more so given the position the club is in at the moment
it had to be fair but somehow every time Haynes does damage Dugan does something which the commentators think is better.

There's always bias whenever Parra's involved. In that terrible Newcastle game Sandow attempted a 40/20 and Boyd knocked it back in-field only for it to go dead. The commentators were all congratulating Boyd on his chase instead of Sandow on the pin-point kick. That was despite the fact Boyd knocked the ball dead.
