Now For Plan C

Well plan B failed miserably last night now for plan C.

Gutho is a good player and could become an outstanding half in the future but not right now. He needs the class of Norman to take the heat off himself and allow him time and space to develop his skills. And Robbo is not dominate enough and certainly not the half Gutho needs to be paired to. That only leaves the Fog and Dargan left as a plan C, both young and inexperienced. So what is the plan C?

Our defence last night was poor and it is mainly the right side that is the problem. I think nearly all (or at least a good majority) the trys scored against us this season has been down that side. The main culprit here has been Taka, running up out of the line and leaving a gap to be exploited or leaving the Hoff isolated. Maybe time for BA to move Taka to the bench and move Auva'a into there.

Maybe this was the game we had to lose to bring us back to earth. Next week we face one of the contenders and only a good showing against them will allow us to gauge where we actually are. An 8 day turnaround, Norman back and maybe a new centre. We should have no excuses if we get towelled up so I'm looking to a fired up Parra to win.
