I think the players that have played dummy half are our greatest weakness. We bash the forwards for being lightweight but they held their own against a very strong Saints pack the other day. Ok, the Saints played one of their worst games this year but still, credit to Mannah, Brown and Alvaro who challenged them.
If we were to pull of someone like Isaac Luke, that would be a great start. I don't exactly know where we would stand in the cap if we were to sign him on 600-700K he would command but we need a smart dummy half who knows with a quick look at the opposition which side they lack men and either accordingly right or left of the ruck. Cam Smith has been a master at this over the years. Luke also pocesses an excellent kicking game and in general is a great leader.
Another things I've noticed most of the season is that Moses is not half the player Norman is. OK. Normy might be a bit of a d*ckhead of the park, but Moses cant match his skills on the park. I've become completel disollusioned with his this season and I dont think he has neither the stomach or charisma to lead us to success.
Ultimately, It doesnt matter who we sign in the forwards, if he wont have the quality pass and decision-making of a good dummy half, then next season will be the same as this.
PS Hayne has shown he should be kept on. At 400-500 he's a bargain compared to that dog manure Michael Jennings has served us this year and will serve for the next 2. If BA could shift him he'd save a lot of face.

We definitely require a decent centre..and put Gutho there and leave him there. He's a centre and that's it.
I don't think Guth is a centre. He doesn't have a powerful build, which all the other good centres have. I think he would struggle a little there. Imagine him up against U Aitkin, G Inglis or L Mitchell. He would get eaten.
b uy him and dont resign hayne , i think we could pay him 1ml ,hes the best and off contract , canbarra has the 2nd best.
brad must by a class hooker, ...
Quality hooker is a must. King is not the answer. Kaysa is injury prone. Mahoney needs a couple more seasons to develop his game at NRL level.
We have Mahoney and Schneider coming through
that 19 year old hooker at Newtown jets - Braileys brother looks good
They both look good enough to be 80 Min starting hookers - eventually
Cronulla wont be big enough for both of them
