Not suprised. That Ozzy is a smart man.

Background

There was that guy that wrote that Slumdog Millionaire song A R Rahman, he had a free concert in Parramatta Park as part of the Sydney Festival drew about 80,000 odd people mainly Indian. Road closures from Parramatta Rd right into the CBD.

Then Parramatta council announced that in November , 2010 they will be having the inagural Parra-Massalla a massive 1 week Indian Festival based out of Parramatta.

Lets face it Paul Osbourne has achieved great milestones as our CEO in such as short time. Imagine this guy running the joint for 23 years. FItzy did sweet F$$%% A$$% in that time.

I’m so into conspiracy theories, or the truth.

But that works for me, we have a large number of Indian people at work. I’ll investigate!!

Parramatta has a massive Indian population. I was at Parramatta Park on New Year's Eve and I said to my mate that the club really needs to tap into that community because its enormous.

I totally agree with you, this is another way NRL can get more supporter. I move into Australia 8/9 years ago from Bangladesh and started to support EELS. To be honest I had no idea about NRL before, but once I started to learn the rules, I realised its million times exciting then cricket. Indian people die for cricket but I am sure if we teach them all the rules they will start to love this game. I already converted few of my mates though we are not from India but the same continent. Anyhow IMO if any comapany come to sponsor EELS i think it will be TATA, Titan or some cement company. Interesting time ahead.
