New Membership Problems

In November I bought a hindmarsh membership with two seats. Just before Christmas I recieved only one card with with only one seat allocation in the the incorrect seating. It seems they have sent me someone elses seat as the name on the card is not mine. Is this a regular issue? Does anyone know when the club office opens again after christmas?

    Maybe its a start of a awful season for the EELS. It may be a sign that you may wanna return your season tickets. cause they made the worst signings in the club history..

    I rang them yesterday. It should be all worked out. They are send me new cards in the mail. I just hope I dont have to fight anyone for my seat.
