  • Without Graham or Eastwood, we should realistically put a score on them. If we consider ourselves a genuine top 8 side
    • I'd take a 1 point win without hesitation. The first thing you need to do to be a top 8 side is win no matter how you do it or by what score.

    • I'd usually agree FME. But we have really failed to pit away any team this year, possibly with the exception of the JT less Cowboys. For confidence if nothing else, a dominant win on the scoreboard is due
    • Graham and Eastwood still add value to the team and should make Dogs more vulnerable.
  • Remember the Titans
    The easier it should be....
    • Yep, would be easy to write the dogs off, and if the eels go into the game thinking its in the bag, then they could readily lose. They still have the likes of Klemmer and Jackson who have gone well for the dogs and for NSW, especially Jackson. They likely will be given a job to test out our new 9 as well.

Kasiano starting so he will be a must target though.

Lichaa owing to an eels snubbing may well be in for his say on that.

Hoppa also may want to give some notice to BA as well, not a lot of names in the dogs team but they may also see the eels as ready for another shocker.  Having said that, I believe the eels should win

  • Graham hasn't been that great this year to be honest and Eastwood is a bit of a plodder. Be interesting to see who Dashing Des puts in the side.
  • I would like to win us to put on a dominant display and absolutely flog them. Put other teams on notice
  • Reading the paper today in it
It say crystal ball say eels will on track to the finals they say if parra beat bulldogs n beat storm with out there rep players they on there way to making the finals will i tell you now the bulldogs wont be easy n storm will beat us n lowly place titans beat us last time we played them n tiger will be hard n Newcastle every game they lose they getting closer to a win
  • The Bulldogs have a culture of winning games they had no right to when everyone has counted them out.

We have a culture of letting teams with the backs to the wall attitude ambush us.

Realistically we have a much better side , but a lot of this game is going to be won between the ears. First alarm bell for me is the dudes in our team talking about how they can sniff finals. Start each week as a blank canvas and paint each result individually. every game and week will present their own challanges starting with the backs to the wall Dogs.
