How do you gain muscle

Yep it’s my stupid off-season blogIn the last six weeks I’ve managed to lose 13 kg by eating correctly and smashing myself with exercise unfortunately now I look like a prepubescent 13-year-old with no muscle I’ve tried to bulk up by weightlifting and I’ve started taking protein shakes to no availI’m 43 and I look like a dweeb any suggestions on how to improve my physiqueFire away with your smart arse and hopefully if you serious suggestions

    For how long?

    How much cardio are you doing? Must be a lot to lose weight that quickly.
    • I was working out twice a day
      And running 4 every second day
      Diets was fish eggs and nuts only
      My cholesterol has gone from 7. 4 to 3.2 which is probably a little bit though but now I’m tired as all fuck
  • The only input I can give you, is just keep on doing what you are doing, clean eating and keep active with e excise, fuc k bulking up. You need to be Very dedicated in doing so. You will notice lean muscle once you follow some simple steps, which you can find out for yourself on the web. Stick at it and results will come.
    • I don’t want to bulk up and get massive I just want to look at more toned if anything I look like I’ve lost some muscle mass
  • Cut down on the cardio.  High Protein diet.  Heavy weights with less reps and sets instead of light weights with lots of reps and sets.

  • Watch porn

  • The best way to bulk up is to do a lot of very heavy weights and eat like a horse.

    Trust me you will bulk up.

    Or like Snake suggested, take a shit load of juice, limit the cardio and lift very heavy weights.

  • When you train heavily with cardio based training and lose weight, you nearly always lose muscle mass.  

  • Day
    1. Chest triceps
    2. Legs
    3. Back/ shoulders
    4. Core
    5. Arms forearms


    Ten reps of excersise - you must lift heavy, but if you don't follow the correct form, you're wasting your time.
    Need a good natural protein powder straight after you lift - Raw is the best.
